This place suits me perfectly! It offers free wi-fi, luggage storage, and a flat-screen TV. The staff were so helpful on my first stay, finding a lost item. I’m excited to come back for Christmas!

Centrally located, with numerous shops nearby, but the no lift policy made carrying luggage cumbersome.

missingWrote a review on Nov 28comfortable beddinglack of cleanlinessoutdated decor
Comfortable bedding provided a decent night's sleep.
I faced significant discomfort due to a lack of cleanliness. The bedding had visible stains and seemed unkempt. there were unappealing issues with outdated decor that added to the disappointment.

The vibrant location on Union Street was a delightful surprise, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby to explore.
The single key provision for our group was inconvenient, making it challenging when we wanted to go out separately.

Dining nearby was phenomenal! I enjoyed the cured meats at Soo Delicious and the warm atmosphere at Tony Macaroni was just spot on. Plus, the room was comfy and tidy, making for a chill stay.
The room lock was a tad dodgy, and the pub across the road blared music till midnight—thankfully, I liked the vibe! being five feet tall made the high key safe a mini challenge.

Recommend it for solo travelers
This place has a super friendly atmosphere the hosts made me feel right at home with their kindness and I really appreciated having fresh, hot water for my showers,, what a luxury. Plus, I could borrow books and games, which kept me entertained during my downtime, nice touch! !
Not the cheapest option but still acceptable, considering the service.

missingWrote a review on Jul 01comfy bedclean roomstairs hassle
I stayed in a Budget Twin Room for 2 nights and it had such a relaxed vibe. The bed was comfy, and everything felt really homey. The room had some nice artistic touches, and it was spotlessly clean. I loved the location too—super close to all the highlights and a quiet street since it's pedestrianised. No loud traffic! There was a microwave and fridge for convenience, which was a nice bonus. Just a heads up, the stairs can be a bit of a hassle if you're carrying luggage. But overall, it was a great stay!

Free wi-fi everywhere, comfy flat-screen TV. No elevator made lugging bags tricky.
